NKOLAI COMMISSION

Rules

-

1. No refunds

to protect the artist’s time, effort, and creative work. When a customer commissions a piece of art, the artist typically starts working based on the details provided, which can involve hours of planning, sketching, and revising. Once the work has begun, it can’t easily be resold or reused, making it difficult for the artist to recover the time spent.

2. No bargaining

to ensures that the artist's time, skills, and effort are properly valued. It also prevents clients from undervaluing the work and helps maintain a fair, consistent pricing structure. Additionally, it avoids the stress and potential awkwardness that can come from price negotiations, allowing the artist to focus on creating rather than on constant discussions about cost.

3. Three changes only

I will only make a set number of three revisions to the artwork once it’s in progress. This could include minor adjustments like color corrections, small alterations to details, or changing certain features.

4. Not for NFT

to protect the artist’s work from being exploited without their permission. NFTs can be used to claim ownership of digital art in a way that may not align with how the artist wants their work distributed or monetized.

5. Dont be a meanie

And lastly, don't be a meanie! we all should respect each other and have a clean discussion about commissioning and/or if you're asking questions about it.
